See more informationQLN’s stunning North County Conference Center located in Oceanside, California (coastal North County San Diego)
contains event, wedding reception, and meeting space for hundreds, including a single room capacity up to 700
people. Our 22,000 square foot facility consists of seven separate meeting rooms ranging in size from 572 to 3,187
square feet and a 10,500 square foot exhibit hall. Free parking for up to 138 vehicles is also available on-site.
Our Oceanside meeting space is ideal for companies and groups in the immediate area or those looking to
secure space for annual events anywhere in North County San Diego, including Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, Carlsbad,
Vista, San Marcos, Encinitas, and Escondido.
We are conveniently situated between Orange County and San Diego, and within five miles of Interstate 5 and CA Highways 78 and 76, our Oceanside event center can also easily cater the Los Angeles, Irvine, and Orange County areas as well as downtown San Diego.
Great facility for meetings and conferences! The rooms are big and feel open (never crowded). Each room can be reconfigured to meet the needs of the group, and staff are super helpful. The bathrooms are CLEAN (such a bonus), and the entire building is very comfortable and welcoming. Four stars ONLY because of the Internet issues. I spent a week in a conference with ~100 people where we needed to use iPads and laptops for parts of our activities. We had lots of connectivity issues with so many people logging into the network at the same time. I really hope this issue will be resolved for the future.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at the QLN Conference Center, hosting approximately 160 guests. With many venues, you rent the hall and you are pretty much on your own in planning the event. Cassie was quite helpful, since we have not planned a wedding in 50 years. If you look on the website, you can see that there are a wide range of resources, provided by outside vendors, that will enhance your celebration. During the event, of course, we had little unforeseen surprises, but the staff was very professional and helpful. It enabled us to concentrate on our celebration. As it turned out, he party was legendary, I highly recommend this venue.

Great facilities and a relaxed, class act staff. The campus is high tech and they offer excellent audio visual equipment if needed. They basically have a room for any size you’ll need and there is always easy parking. QLN is located near many restaurants so its easy for people to stay close for lunch. I have worked with Cassie and she is professional and friendly – a great business partner!

I have had the opportunity to be in business meetings and conferences at QLN and I am always very impressed with the space and services. They have WiFi, great audio/visual services, and room sizes for small meetings up to large conferences. Cassie is the easiest person to work with! They also have a great relationship with “A Slice of Heaven” catering for wonderful food services! If you’re thinking of a place to hold your business event or meeting, give them a call! Canine Companions for Independence has held four annual graduation ceremonies at QLN for four years. The QLN is the only area venue that fits our needs: a large, wheelchair-accessible space, willing to accommodate the presence of many assistance dogs and Canine Companions puppies, the right location and affordable pricing. Over the years, the venue has undergone much-appreciated improvements. Staff are attentive and offer technical support when needed. We are grateful to have found the right space for our most important celebrations!

For all of our North County meeting needs, we can always trust the staff and professional environment at QLN. It’s always our first choice. The facility is clean, the staff is professional, free parking is abundant and the building is easy for our staff and guests to find. Additionally, we enjoy being able to bring in our own food. Since the facility is surrounded by restaurants, it makes it even easier to coordinate or pick up meals for a meeting.

The QLN Conference Center is one of the best facilities in San Diego County to have an event. The venue is extremely flexible being able to host small intimate meetings to huge expo events. The service is impeccable and very professional. The meetings we have had there are very successful and our attendees always comment on the venue and what a pleasant experience it was. Their customer service is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. They never say no they just get done what needs to be done. There are never any surprises.

I’ve been coming to the QLN since the summer of 2013 and would recommend this meeting center. The staff is great and friendly, they are very organized, the rooms and bathrooms are always clean. I do have a suggestion the rooms are plain, they need decorations and wall hangings. Other than that it’s a great meeting center.

Probably the best meeting center in Oceanside. They are very organized. The meeting room rates are not expensive and the provide great service. I agree with the reviewer he mentioned the coffee. You have to bring your own if you want your attendees to enjoy some fresh brewed coffee. They provide water basically. It’s a clean place and they do have sound for the rooms. They also provide audio visual equipment like a projector. The rooms could use some pictures and or paintings. The tables and chairs are great. So overall I can recommend the QLN.

This is an amazing place to be able to host a meeting. They have a great variety of rooms and sizes for all types of events. So wether you are looking for a place to host a small business meeting or a place to hold a HUGE Banquet they can facilitate it.. We have been meeting here for a few years now and anytime we have ever had a challenge the staff has always handled it quickly and professionally. One time we had a calendar issue where we had an event scheduled and there was a miss in scheduling it so one of their employees worked overtime just so we wouldn’t have to cancel the meeting.
